Never forget those lost in #Dallas

I can not speak for the masses today, but today I do not feel proud in the slightest about being an American. This week we have witnessed too much pain, too much unprovoked death. I believe that love will conquer all, eventually.

I believe in God, the Father Almighty, Creator of Heaven and earth; and in Jesus Christ, His only Son Our Lord, Who was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, died, and was buried; he descended to the dead. He ascended into Heaven and sits at the right hand of God the Father Almighty. From thence He will come to judge the living and the dead. I believe in the Holy Spirit, the Holy Christian Church, the communion of saints, the forgiveness of sins, the resurrection of the body, and the life everlasting, Amen.

Be diligent in the way you mourn loved ones, be careful how you treat others, respect and love one another wholly. We were placed on this earth to do that.

The second paragraph of the Declaration of Independence states: We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness.

I can not understand the thought process that goes into setting up in the shadows and firing upon innocent officers and civilians alike, whom are oblivious to your position and existence in that moment. Too many events have taken place place not just in the past week but in the past years to justify more events taking place in the same manner. I can not for the life of me justify sending our men and women  who serve this country with their lives to fight for the freedoms we hold dear, only for them to fight for this. This is not what our founding fathers intended when they wrote our declaration. This is not what God intends for his people to do to one another. This all has to stop, everyone’s life matters. What is the point of fighting for freedom and equality when we are no better than who we are fighting with? We have crossed a line in our society, too many are trying to achieve an immortality by becoming a character in a book of sorrows. We must rise above the tyranny of self inflicted pain on one another. I hope that we all have learned lessons recently. Instead of honoring our neighbors we are killing our neighbors. What sense does that make?

Those who look to him are radiant; their faces are never covered in shame. Psalm 34:5

We are not looking, we spend too many days, weeks, months, pointing fingers instead of joining each other in His glory. The only right answer is to stop the violence. This must be achieved on all sides. THINK before you ACT. May everyone have a better day and days going forward. God Bless America.
